This Privacy Policy applies to all of our games, whether played on our website, on mobile devices, PCs or on other platforms such as Facebook (“Games”).

 

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information when you play our Games. It also describes how you can manage the personal data we collect and explains how you can withdraw your consent for us to process your data.

 

By starting playing the Games, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

We collect certain types of personal information (“Personal Data”) when you play our Games in order to provide you with a good game experience.

 

When you download our Games

 

Before you create an account in any of our Games, we collect some of your usage data as an anonymous user. 

Usage Data may include the computer’s Internet Protocol address, your activity (clicks, actions), interface language, operating system version, device name, resolution, memory, etc. 

You can play our Games without an account, but your game progress will not be saved.

When you create an account 

 

You need a game account in order to save your progress. You can create an account by signing in to the Games with an existing Facebook, Apple, or Google account.

When you create an account with unique login credentials, you may voluntarily provide us with your Personal Data. 

If you sign in with an existing Facebook, Apple, or Google account, we will receive your Personal data from those online services. Such data may include your name, profile picture, and email address.

When you play the Games

 

When you play our Games for the first time, we may automatically generate a user ID.

While you are playing our Games as an authorized user, we will match some of your Usage Data with an account information so that we may analyze this data and use it to improve the Games, correct bugs, and create new features.

We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Games. We need the information we receive from Google Analytics to improve our Games and make it more relevant to you. Google Analytics uses cookies and other tracking technologies to collect this information. In addition, we may automatically collect in-game information such as your progress through game levels, rewards earned, events completed, virtual currency used, and statistics such as game time and feature usage. By analyzing this information, we can understand how our Games are being enjoyed and identify areas for improvement.

For advertising purposes

 

We use ad identifiers and other information that we collect about you as described in this Privacy Policy to ensure you only see ads in our Games that might interest you. This includes ad identifiers, Usage Data and other demographic information we may receive from our partners. 

You can opt out of having your device’s advertising identifier used for interest-based advertising by updating the settings on your device.

If you opt out of interest-based advertising, you will still be able to play our Games and you may still see advertising in our Games, but those ads will not be targeted using your Personal Data.

Social Features

 

While playing our Games, you may also connect your player to third-party accounts such as your Facebook or Google account in order to participate in the social features and high scores. 

 

If you connect your Facebook account to our Games, the following data will be shared with us:

  • name;
  • profile picture;
  • Facebook ID;
  • friends list (optional)
  • place of residence (if indicated by Facebook).

 

If you connect your account to other third-party accounts, such as Google, we may collect a pseudonymized unique identifier per connected third party provider.

 

If you, your friends and contacts participate in the social features of the Games, you will see each other’s high scores.

 

You can cancel the connection with your Facebook account at any time by logging into Facebook and selecting the “Settings” option. 

 

You can cancel the connection with your other third-party accounts at any time by sending a message to our support team via in-game chat or via email to сontact@rovetek.com

 

We collect this data to fulfill our contract by providing our app to you and to be able to connect your account if desired. We may also use this information in our legitimate interest to re-identify your player profile, for example when you lose access to your saved game.

Retention of Data

 

Retention period. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
